		<description>The pasta was super easy! Cut some onions into wedges put them over a low heat with a touch of oil, and cover until they onions have wilted (about 20 mins), then turn the heat up and cook for a further 10 or so, stirring often, until the onions go really dark brown. While that&#039;s going on, boil some wholewheat pasta, while it&#039;s boiling cook some red lentils until cooked but still quite firm (you don&#039;t want them mushy). Dice some freesh tomatoes and add them to the onion pan, cook for a minute or two, then drain and add the lentils, and drain the pasta (reserve some of the water in case you need a bit mroe liquid) and add to the pan. Mix it all together in the pan and cook for about a minute more. You can add some of the reserved water if it&#039;s a bit dry, and a bit of grated parmasan (though I chose to melt half a slice of low fat cheddar on top instead). The salad was just diced tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper with a store bought low fat dressing.</description>

		<description>Congrats on what you have accomplished so far.. Don&#039;t get frustrated but focus on your goals.
The gym would definitely be a plus at least 3 times a week or even some brisk 30 min walks with the doggies!</description>
