Got in 3 cups of water yesterday which is less than planned, but 3 more than normal, so I cannot complain overly much. Food, calories kept pretty low and workouts equal none as I came home from work, ate dinner (large salad with tuna) and then went to bed.

Bloat is coming down from the weekend, didn’t think I would stay in the 160′s (thank God) and yes, I will be weighing every day because I need to be accountable.

I have a headache today, in my eyes – nothing appears to be helping and I’m tired. I think it is a bit of depression settling in (tiredness is a key sign for me) but as long as I don’t eat my face off, I can handle the excess sleeping.

I have plans for the 1st week of May, well the 2nd through to the 9th and these plans give me even more incentive to stay on plan. I am heading to South Carolina to see an old guy friend of mine. We are just friends and I’ve known him since 1998 and we even met in 1999 when I visited him. I need to get away and he’s opened his door. The plan is to drive down and stay at his place for the week. I cannot wait – I just need to get away. Why the incentive? The guy hasn’t seen me since I was 210lbs…will be nice to shock him, though he knows of my weight loss and has seen pictures of me since, it will be different seeing me first hand. So yeah, 34 days til S.C. and I am quite excited :)

Oh and the plan…the gym tonight after work.

Gym Update
None…didn’t get out of work til 815pm and I hadn’t even eaten dinner yet. The plan…tomorrow morning before work! Oh, stop laughing :) I can try, can’t I?
