Still Here…Still Sick

I think I am getting better but some around me don’t see it that way. I am still hacking though quite infrequently, at least considering what I was doing before. I cannot laugh though without causing a hack attack.

I really wanted to work out on Friday, I had this HUGE urge and I was disappointed that I couldn’t. I am so ready, my mojo is back but I can’t, lol. I have plans, once I can breathe deeply without breaking out in a fit to get to the gym daily. The plan is to work out for 45-50min M-F at ‘lunch’, depending on when I decide to take lunch. Since my employers are very flexible lunch doesn’t need to be at 12 and can be longer than an hour, I will just make up the longer lunch at the beginning or end of the day.

So the plan is set…now to just get the body on board.
