Helllllooooooooo. Still here! Just taking one day at a time right now. I have been getting out and about, going to the dog park a lot (Bruiser loves me) just so I am not sitting at home eating my off.
This weekend I also had to work (eww!) but I cannot really complain as I don’t work much overtme at night or weekends. This weekend is a long weekend here in Canada and the plan is…yep the dog park! LOL
I am planning to do a detox in the next week or so to jump start my weight loss and then will be moving to low carb. It has always worked for me…I just need to plan ahead as the more I plan, the longer I can stay on it.
I also plan to soon incorporate a workout M-F in the middle of the day at lunch (or whenever I take “lunch”). I do have plans even thought it may seem it is quiet on the Western Front (aka Scale Ho).

My question is the same as Teena’s. I’ve been feeling the need to do one myself for 2 reasons – Just to feel better in general and to jump start a losing plan.

Have you ever consider using Jackie’s nutritionist? I know you guys are friends… she is doing so well and kind of has had the same up and downs as you.
