My brother asked for my help to set up a website for him to help him track his progress in the Strongman arena and as well as his personal fitness. I am currently using WordPress to get the website going but admit I have been remiss and completing the project (like my lack of interest in my actual weight loss).
He has found a sponsor to help him with his next fitness venture and so I told him I would work on his site this week which means of course looking for some good free seo software and get his site submitted to a few good search engines.
Maybe my little brother can help me get my motivation back.

If trying to lose weight has become too much, then stop. Take a break. BUT, continue to exercise at least some, because that is something your body needs, and it clears the head and lightens the heart. Also, try to eat foods that, again, your body needs. Maybe not every food, every meal, but be sure to include veg and fruit and stuff your body wants. You’ll naturally eat less of the less-healthy stuff when you make sure to include the healthy stuff.
You are probably doing this already. I just wanted to throw in my support. I know how awful and depressing the weight loss roller coaster can be. So hop off for a while, but if you take these two steps, your body won’t go off the rails. It has worked for me for several years now.
